This course takes you through the 3 steps of an interview:

1. Preparing for the interview
2. During the interview (including questioning techniques)
3. Evaluation and follow-up.

After the course you will be able to:

• Ask relevant behavioural questions to identify candidate competencies during the interview
• Differentiate between candidates you like because of good chemistry and candidates you like because they have the needed competencies for the job
